Ingredients:
- Parmesan cheese 160 g
- Cauliflower 750 g
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp.
- Tomatoes 280 g
- Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
- Onion 1/2 piece
- Sour cream 20% 240 g
 For the meat layer
- Olive oil 1 tbsp.
- Minced beef 450 g
- Water 250 ml
- Ground chili pepper 1/4 tsp.
- Granulated garlic 1/2 tsp.
- Paprika 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp.
- Cumin 1/2 tsp.
- Water 70 ml
Directions:
- First, prepare the ingredients: grate the raw cauliflower, add salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
- Clean the sweet pepper, cut into small strips. Also, cut the peeled onion. Finely chop the tomatoes.
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Put the chopped onion and sweet pepper. Fry for 10-15 minutes until soft and lightly golden. Add salt and pepper.
- In a large deep frying pan, heat 2 tbsp. l. olive oil. Put the grated cauliflower and fry, stirring, for 3-5 minutes. Cauliflower should be a little soft.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the prepared cauliflower. Mix thoroughly and pour the resulting mixture into a baking dish previously greased with butter.
- Put the fried vegetables in a baking dish. Put sour cream on top and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Reheat the olive oil in the pan. Put the minced meat and fry for about 10 minutes until the color of the meat changes. Periodically mix the meat.
- Then add water, add spices, and bring to a boil. Cook for 2-5 minutes until thickened.
- Pour the resulting mass into a baking dish and spread evenly with a spoon or spatula. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Before serving, cut the casserole into portions with a sharp knife and carefully transfer to serving plates. Despite the use of fairly simple ingredients, the dish turns out to be incredibly tasty. All thanks to the harmonious combination of meat and vegetables, as well as the use of aromatic spices.
