Curd Cream For a Cake

Among other things, cottage cheese cream is often served as an independent dessert.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 9% – 400 g
  • Butter – 300 g
  • Powdered sugar – 100 g
  • Condensed milk – 100 g

Directions:

  1. Put the softened butter in a bowl. Pour powdered sugar here.
  2. Start whipping with a mixer at low speed, and then, when the mixture becomes homogeneous, increase the speed to the maximum. The total whipping time is 10 minutes. You should get an airy, smooth mass.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with condensed milk, and then beat the mass using an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. Carefully combine the butter mass with cottage cheese and mix.
  5. Cottage cheese cream has a delicate, sweet-creamy taste with sour milk notes. Thanks to the use of butter, it is dense and stable.
