For the filling

  • Cream cheese – 120 g
  • Spinach – 15 g
  • Mozzarella cheese – 60 g
  • Parmesan cheese – 30 g
  • Granulated garlic – 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed chili pepper – 1/4 tsp

Directions:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix cream cheese with grated mozzarella, parmesan, and spinach. Sprinkle with granulated garlic, hot pepper, and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a cutting board. Drizzle with olive oil (1 tablespoon), salt, and pepper.
  3. Using a sharp knife, make a side cut in the fillet. Put the cheese filling into the resulting pockets.
  4. Heat vegetable and butter oil in a frying pan, juice of 1/2 lemon. As soon as the mixture begins to sizzle, place the salmon fillet skin side down and fry for 6-7 minutes. Turn the fillet over and fry until done for another 6-7 minutes.
  5. Serve the finished stuffed salmon in a frying pan, adding light side dishes, such as lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes. During the frying process, the fish is soaked in a fragrant creamy filling and becomes incredibly juicy. You will be pleasantly surprised by the combination of a crispy crust, tender flesh, and filling.
