Thanks to globalization, dishes from different countries of the world have become part of our daily diet. A special place among the borrowed dishes is occupied by Asian cuisine, which amazes with its original taste and amazing combinations of ingredients. We suggest preparing the famous Asian wok noodles with vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Buckwheat noodles – 100 g
- Bell pepper – 1/2 pc.
- Red onion – 1/2 pc.
- Carrot – 1/2 pc.
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp.
- Teriyaki sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 5 ml
- White sesame – 1/2 tsp.
Directions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles, stir, and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Then drain.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Peel the carrots and cut into long strips. Also, cut the bell pepper.
- Place the chopped vegetables in a deep frying pan with a thick bottom or a wok. Add olive oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce and fry, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the boiled noodles, the remaining soy sauce, and the Teriyaki sauce. Mix the dish thoroughly with chopsticks and fry for another 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Place the finished noodles in serving bowls and garnish with sesame seeds.
