The calling card of Italian cuisine, besides pizza, of course, is pasta. This is the real pride of Italy, adored for centuries. It is worth noting that, according to Italians, pasta is a full-fledged independent dish, and not just a side dish. Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 200 g
- Squid – 400 g
- Cream 20% – 200 ml
- Cherry tomatoes – 250 g
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Greens – 4 sprigs
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Salt – to taste
Directions:
- Clean the squid. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and cut into rings.
- Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped garlic and squid. Fry, stirring, for 15 minutes over moderate heat.
- At the same time, cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Put the finished spaghetti in the frying pan with the squid. Pour in the cream, mix thoroughly and cover the pan with a lid.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them and cut them in half. Finely chop the greens with a knife. Put the prepared ingredients in the frying pan, mix and simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes. Season the finished dish with salt, pepper and mix. Enjoy!
