A true royal delight is the combination of prosciutto, brie cheese, and juicy pear. Sandwiches with this filling can be prepared not only for breakfast, but also served on a festive table.
Ingredients:
- Croissant without filling – 1 pc.
- Prosciutto – 30 g
- Brie cheese – 30 g
- Pear – 1 pc.
- Butter – 20 g
- Basil – to taste
Directions:
- Wash the pear, peel it, and cut it into thin slices. It is advisable to choose a firm, juicy fruit that will keep its shape after caramelization. Heat a frying pan, add butte,r and pear slices. Caramelize for 5 minutes.
- Cut the croissant in half. Take one part of the croissant and spread cheese, prosciutto, and basil on it.
- Place the caramelized pear on top of the greens, then ham and brie again. Cover the sandwich with the second half of the croissant.
