Ready-made cream of broccoli soup can be decorated with sour cream or chopped herbs. For a contrast in taste and texture, the dish is sprinkled with walnuts or crackers.
Ingredients:
- Frozen broccoli – 400 g
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Onion – 1 pc.
- Processed cream cheese – 100 g
- Butter – 1 tbsp. l
- Cream – 100 ml
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Crussot for serving – optional
Directions:
- Peel the onion and carrot, cut into cubes, salt, and fry in butter.
- Throw the broccoli into salted boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes – until cooked. Drain some of the liquid.
- Add warm cream, roasted vegetables, and pieces of processed cheese to the broccoli pot. Season with pepper.
- Beat all the soup ingredients with a blender until puree.
