Braising in a fragrant mixture of sour cream, mustard, and spices makes the meat soft and very tender. If you add a little honey, curry, and garlic to the marinade, you get a dish with a rich spicy flavor and a beautiful ruddy skin.
Ingredients:
- Chicken drumsticks – 8 pcs.
- Sour cream – 250 g
- Garlic – to taste
- Lemon – 1 pc.
- Parsley – to taste
- Mustard – 1 tbsp. l.
- Curry, turmeric – to taste
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Vegetable oil – 20 g
Directions:
- Wash the chicken drumsticks. Place the drumsticks in a deep container.
- In a separate container, prepare the sauce. Add lemon juice, mustard, chopped parsley, garlic pressed through a press, salt, and spices: curry, turmeric, and pepper to the sour cream. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour the drumsticks with the sour cream sauce, mix.
- Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, and place the drumsticks together with the sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the meat for 50 minutes – until golden brown.
