We advise you to cook pollock in a sour cream sauce. The dish is easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- Heart-sized fish 2 pcs.
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Carrot 1/2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Sour cream 1-2 tablespoons
- Water 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour 2-3 tablespoons
Directions:
- First, we need fish. The fish needs to be thoroughly washed, dried with paper towels, and then each fish cut into three or four pieces.
- After that, sprinkle the fish with salt and black ground pepper. Their amount depends on your taste.
- Next, we need to peel the carrots and onions. Cut the onion into thin half rings, and cut the carrots into strips.
- Put a frying pan on the stove. Heat it, pour vegetable oil into it, and then pour in the vegetables. Fry them until a light golden crust.
- Now add sour cream here. Mix everything thoroughly and pour in cold boiled water. Mix everything again. Salt all the ingredients, and then cook for 2-3 minutes from the moment of boiling and send to the pan.
- After that, dip the fish pieces in wheat flour and send them to a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
- Send the fried fish to a saucepan with sauce and vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil, and cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
