Fish With Sour Cream Sauce

We advise you to cook pollock in a sour cream sauce. The dish is easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Heart-sized fish 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Onion 2 pcs.
  • Carrot 1/2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Sour cream 1-2 tablespoons
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour 2-3 tablespoons

Directions:

  1. First, we need fish. The fish needs to be thoroughly washed, dried with paper towels, and then each fish cut into three or four pieces.
  2. After that, sprinkle the fish with salt and black ground pepper. Their amount depends on your taste.
  3. Next, we need to peel the carrots and onions. Cut the onion into thin half rings, and cut the carrots into strips.
  4. Put a frying pan on the stove. Heat it, pour vegetable oil into it, and then pour in the vegetables. Fry them until a light golden crust.
  5. Now add sour cream here. Mix everything thoroughly and pour in cold boiled water. Mix everything again. Salt all the ingredients, and then cook for 2-3 minutes from the moment of boiling and send to the pan.
  6. After that, dip the fish pieces in wheat flour and send them to a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the fish until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Send the fried fish to a saucepan with sauce and vegetables. Mix everything thoroughly, bring to a boil, and cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat.
  8. After the specified time, the fish is ready. Decorate with herbs. Enjoy!
