Fish In Sour Cream And Mustard Sauce

If you want to make a hearty and delicious fish dish baked in the oven, this recipe is for you.

Ingredients:

  • Tilapia fillet 4 pcs.
  • Wheat flour 3-4 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes 3 pcs.
  • Sour cream 4 tablespoons
  • Thyme 0.5 teaspoons
  • Grainy mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Processed cheese 80 g.

Directions:

  1. First, we need four tilapia fillets (this is about 400-500 grams of fish). It needs to be washed, dried, and cut into medium-sized pieces. In total, we should get 12 approximately identical pieces.
  2. Now, dip the fish pieces in flour and fry on both sides in a heated frying pan without vegetable oil. Place the fried fillets in a baking dish.
  3. Next, wash the tomatoes. Remove the stalk and cut the pulp into thin circles. Place them in a fish dish.
  4. After that, mix sour cream, mustard, and thyme in a separate plate. Spread the resulting mass evenly over the tomatoes.
  5. Finally, grate the processed cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle it over all the ingredients in the dish. Place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  6. After the specified time, the fish with tomatoes in sour cream and mustard sauce is ready. Cut our so-called casserole into pieces and send it to portioned plates.
