Avocado With Tuna

Avocado is an unusual exotic fruit that has a refreshing taste, a pleasant oily texture, and is rich in healthy fats. Ego is often added to salads, used to prepare various sauces, and sandwiches. Also, this fruit is great for snacks. For example, try avocado with tuna – a dish with an original presentation and a bright taste palette.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 2 pcs.
  • White bread – 4 slices (baguette)
  • Canned tuna – 8 tablespoons
  • Celery stalk – 1 piece
  • Green onion – 4 stalks
  • Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash green onions and celery, dry, and finely chop with a knife. Place in a deep bowl.
  2. With a sharp knife, carefully cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a teaspoon or a tablespoon, carefully scoop out the pulp of the avocado, being careful not to damage the peel. Cut the pulp into small cubes and send it to a bowl with celery and onions.
  3. If necessary, drain the excess liquid from the canned tuna. Mix the fish with a fork and send it to a bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Divide the resulting mixture into 4 parts and put them in improvised “bowls” made of avocado peel. Dry the baguette slices in a dry pan or in a toaster and serve with the finished dish. Bon appétit!
