We offer a recipe for broccoli with cheese and bacon in a frying pan. The preparation of this dish does not take much time and does not require much effort, so it will definitely become part of your daily diet.
Ingredients:
- Bacon – 5 slices
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Garlic – 4 cloves
- Broccoli – 200 g
- Dried garlic – 1/2 tsp
- Crushed chili pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp
- Cream 35% – 200 ml
- Mozzarella cheese – 110 g
- Parmesan cheese – 85 g
Directions:
- Finely chop the bacon, grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater, and the parmesan on a fine grater. Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.
- In a preheated ovenproof frying pan, fry the bacon (2-3 minutes). Then transfer it to a plate and add butter to the pan.
- Once the butter has melted, add the garlic and broccoli florets. Sprinkle with granulated garlic, hot crushed pepper, ground black pepper, and salt. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the cream over the contents of the pan. Add the mozzarella, bacon, and parmesan. Then place the pan in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- This dish is best served hot so that the cheese remains stringy.
