Chicken breast pizza without flour is an ideal solution for adherents of a healthy diet and a gluten-free diet. Due to its high protein content, it is satiating and nutritious. At the same time, the taste of this dish is not inferior to the classic Italian pizza.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 500 g
- Chicken eggs 1 piece
- Paprika 1/2 tsp.
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt 1/4 tsp.
- Ground black pepper 1/4 tsp.
For the filling
- Tomato powder 50 g
- Water 100 ml
- Natural yogurt 2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Bulgarian pepper 1 piece
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Parmesan cheese 100 g
Directions:
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and place in a blender bowl. Add the egg, salt, pepper, and chopped dill. Grind until smooth.
- With wet hands, place the chicken mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Distribute the mixture evenly, forming a circle or rectangle about 1 cm thick. Place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Remove the baking sheet and set it aside.
- Dilute the tomato powder with water until it becomes tomato paste.
- Let it cool slightly and mix with yogurt, chopped garlic, and salt. Grease the base with the resulting sauce.
- Cut the bell pepper in half, remove the seeds and partitions, and cut into strips. Cut the tomato in the same way. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Place the chopped vegetables on the base. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the pizza with cheese 3-4 minutes before it’s ready.
- It’s recommended to serve the finished chicken breast pizza without flour, hot or reheated. The fillet base is tender and flavorful. It’s complemented by a piquant tomato sauce and a juicy filling of sweet bell peppers and tomatoes. And the delicious gooey cheese completes the flavor ensemble.
