Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate – 170 g
- Avocado – 1 piece
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Cocoa powder – 100 g
Directions:
- Melt the chocolate. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Cut the avocado in half. Remove the pit and skin, puree the pulp using a blender.
- Combine the avocado puree, melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt in a deep bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Refrigerate the resulting mass for 20 minutes.
- Pour cocoa powder onto a flat plate. Remove the cooled chocolate mass from the refrigerator. Take 1 teaspoon of the mass and make a small ball. Roll it in cocoa powder and place it on a plate. Form truffles from the remaining mass in this way.
- The result is a delicious and healthy dessert.
