Ingredients:

  • White bread – 2 slices
  • Chicken fillet – 100 g
  • Cream cheese – 30 g
  • Gouda cheese – 30 g
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut the chicken fillet. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter, and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown, 5 minutes on each side. It is important not to overcook the fillet so that it remains tender and juicy.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the bread. Place Gouda cheese and a piece of chicken on the bottom slice of bread, and a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on the top. Assemble the sandwich and cut in half.
