Classic scrambled eggs recipe with frozen vegetables
Ingredients:
- Frozen vegetables – 400 ml
- Chicken egg 3 pcs.
- Milk 2.5% – 100–150 ml
- Salt, pepper, herbs – to taste
Directions:
- Without defrosting, put the vegetables in a frying pan.
- Fry for a few minutes.
- Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
- Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add milk, pepper and salt. Mix.
- Add finely chopped herbs (dill, parsley, etc.) to the mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
- Fry the eggs for another 7–8 minutes.
