Classic scrambled eggs recipe with frozen vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Frozen vegetables – 400 ml
  • Chicken egg 3 pcs.
  • Milk 2.5% – 100–150 ml
  • Salt, pepper, herbs – to taste

Directions:

  1. Without defrosting, put the vegetables in a frying pan.
  2. Fry for a few minutes.
  3. Cover and cook for 7 minutes.
  4. Break the eggs into a separate bowl, add milk, pepper and salt. Mix.
  5. Add finely chopped herbs (dill, parsley, etc.) to the mixture.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables.
  7. Fry the eggs for another 7–8 minutes.
