Ingredients:
- 250 g cream 15-38%
- 50 g butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp any other flour
- salt, pepper
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 100 g grated cheese
- 100 g grated brynza
For variety, you can add:
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped basil
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped dill
- 3 tbsp. pine nuts
- 1/2 cup canned corn kernels
Directions:
- Pour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper into a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Add two types of flour and mix quickly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
- Add “additives” Mix a few more times.
- Pour into molds 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes.
