Corn Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 250 g cream 15-38%
  • 50 g butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp any other flour
  • salt, pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 100 g grated brynza

For variety, you can add:

  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped basil
  • 3 tbsp. finely chopped dill
  • 3 tbsp. pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup canned corn kernels

Directions:

  1. Pour cream, milk, butter, salt, and pepper into a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add two types of flour and mix quickly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
  4. Add “additives” Mix a few more times.
  5. Pour into molds 3/4 full and bake for 30 minutes.
