Cream Soup With Broccoli And Melted Cheese

Ready-made cream of broccoli soup can be decorated with sour cream or chopped herbs. For a contrast in taste and texture, the dish is sprinkled with walnuts or crackers.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen broccoli – 400 g
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Processed cream cheese – 100 g
  • Butter – 1 tbsp. l
  • Cream – 100 ml
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Crussot for serving – optional

Directions:

  1. Peel the onion and carrot, cut into cubes, salt, and fry in butter.
  2. Throw the broccoli into salted boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes – until cooked. Drain some of the liquid.
  3. Add warm cream, roasted vegetables, and pieces of processed cheese to the broccoli pot. Season with pepper.
  4. Beat all the soup ingredients with a blender until puree.
