Cutlets With Cheese Filling

Juicy cutlets with cheese instantly lift your spirits and fill you up after a hard day. These homemade cutlets are easy and quick to make.
You can use any minced meat, but pork cutlets are especially delicious. After all, pork gives the dish tenderness and juiciness.

Ingredients:

  • ground pork – 450 g
  • milk – ½ cup
  • biscuit baking mix – 1 cup
  • seasoned salt – 2 teaspoons
  • cheddar cheese (sharp), grated – 3 cups

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Place the minced pork in a large bowl to make it easier to add the other ingredients later. Add the grated cheese to the meat.
  3. Then add the pancake mix, seasoned with salt and milk. The milk will help to combine everything into a thick, homogeneous mass.
  4. Mix with your hands until completely homogeneous.
  5. Form the minced meat into balls.
  6. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving a distance of about 1–1.5 cm between them.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the cutlets are golden brown and completely cooked inside.
