Delicate Sandwich With Cheese And Tuna

A tender sandwich with cheese and tuna is perfect for a delicious and nutritious lunch. It tastes good not only warm, but also cold. Therefore, it is a great option for a snack on the go or at work.

Ingredients:

  • White bread – 2 pieces
  • Tuna in its own juice – 40 g
  • Cheese – 30 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tsp
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.

Directions:

  1. Open the canned tuna, and drain the excess juice. Pour the required amount of fish into a bowl, mash well with a fork, add mayonnaise and sour cream, and mix.
  2. Toast the bread in a heated frying pan. Grease both pieces with butter, spread the tuna, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Return the sandwich to the hot frying pan and wait until the cheese melts.
