Dubai Chocolate

Dubai Chocolate is an exquisite dessert that combines crispy kadaif dough with delicate pistachio paste and chocolate, creating an unrivaled harmony of flavors.
The delicacy was invented in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda, a confectioner from Dubai. Since then, the dessert has become a real gastronomic hit on social networks and caused a sensation in the world of sweets.

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate – 50 g
  • Milk chocolate – 100 g
  • Dark chocolate – 100 g
  • Pistachio paste – 100 g
  • Kadaif dough – 50 g
  • Butter 82.5% – 150 g

Directions:

  1. Cut the kadaif dough into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in a heated frying pan, add the chopped kadaif and fry it, stirring constantly, until it becomes golden and crispy. Cool.
  3. Melt the white chocolate.
  4. Make patterns on the bottom of the mold. This will give the chocolate not only a beautiful appearance, but also a pleasant, sweet accent.
  5. Next, melt the milk and dark chocolate together to balance the sweetness.
  6. Form a chocolate bar. Evenly distribute the layer of melted milk and dark chocolate in the mold, and make the chocolate sides. Put the mold in the refrigerator or freezer to harden the chocolate.
  7. While the chocolate hardens, mix the toasted kadaif with pistachio paste.
  8. Spread the filling on the hardened chocolate, evenly distributing it in the mold.
  9. Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the filling, smoothing the surface.
  10. Put the mold in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the chocolate hardens well.
