Ingredients:
- Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Cheese – 150 g
- Green onions – 10 g
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
- Salt – to taste
- Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions:
- Boil the eggs hard in boiling water. Cool in cold water and peel.
- Grate the boiled eggs on a fine grater. Grate the cheese as well.
- Cut the green onion feathers into pieces about 1/2 cm long. Place in a deep bowl.
- Cut off the ends of the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers themselves into small cubes. Place in a bowl with the onions.
- Add grated eggs and cheese to the bowl with the onions and cucumbers. Season with mayonnaise (depending on your taste preferences, you can add more or less mayonnaise). Salt, pepper, and mix again. Place the finished salad in a serving bowl.
- Serve the finished salad of eggs and fresh cucumber immediately after cooking, optionally adding slices of bread or crispy toast. This is a great option for a light, quick dinner. The salad has a pleasant taste. It contains hearty, neutral-tasting eggs, complemented by salty cheese, pungent green onions, and juicy cucumber, which add refreshing notes.
