Egg Roll With Filling

Rolls are considered a great option for a hearty and original snack. The variety of fillings used allows you to satisfy any taste preferences. For example, an egg roll with filling is an excellent source of protein, and the cheese and garlic filling gives it a bright taste.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs 4 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise 6 tbsp.
  • Cheese 200 g
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Parsley 1/2 bunch
  • Sunflower oil 1/2 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Lightly beat with a fork until smooth, then add 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise and beat thoroughly with a fork or whisk.
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan. Put the egg mixture in small portions and spread it over the bottom of the pan to make thin pancakes. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  3. For the filling, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl and season with the remaining mayonnaise.
  5. Put the resulting filling on the egg pancake and spread it evenly using a spoon.
  6. Roll it up. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Cut the resulting pancakes into small portions, 4-5 cm long, and place on a serving plate.
  7. Serve the finished egg roll immediately after cooking. It has an unusually tender texture, is filling, and has a delicious taste. The light omelet contrasts with the bright filling of salty cheese, aromatic, piquant garlic, and spicy herbs.
