Stewed fish in sour cream will be the perfect addition to your lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
- Cod fillet 1 kg
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream 2 tbsp.
- Spices to taste
Directions:
- Rinse the fish fillet well under water and dry with paper towels.
- Then cut into medium pieces, put in a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash and grate the carrots on a large grater, and cut the onion into half rings.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream, a little salt, and spices to a bowl of water and stir until smooth.
- The pieces of fish should be breaded in flour and fried on both sides, then add the vegetables and pour the sour cream sauce. Cover with a lid and let simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
- After cooking, sprinkle the dish with green onions, dill, or parsley. Delicious!
