Fish In Soy Sauce

Fish always goes perfectly with soy sauce, so we suggest you try this simple recipe. You can use any fish for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Fish 1 kg
  • Soy sauce 150 ml
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Spices for fish to taste

Directions:

  1. To begin with, the fish needs to be cleaned, gutted, and rinsed well.
  2. Then we make small incisions so that the crucian carp stews better. Large fish should be cut into small pieces.
  3. Next, cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat a frying pan and add 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Spread the chopped garlic and any spices.
  4. Put the fish on top and pour soy sauce, you will need about 100-150 ml.
  5. Turn on high heat, cover the dish with a lid, and bring to a boil.
  6. When the sauce boils, stop the timer and simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid closed. There is no need to increase the heat.
  7. Then carefully turn the fish over to the other side. Continue to cook without a lid until the soy sauce has completely evaporated. When only bubbling oil remains, serve the fish to the table. Bon appétit!
