Fish always goes perfectly with soy sauce, so we suggest you try this simple recipe. You can use any fish for this recipe.
Ingredients:
- Fish 1 kg
- Soy sauce 150 ml
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Spices for fish to taste
Directions:
- To begin with, the fish needs to be cleaned, gutted, and rinsed well.
- Then we make small incisions so that the crucian carp stews better. Large fish should be cut into small pieces.
- Next, cut the garlic into thin slices. Heat a frying pan and add 5-6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Spread the chopped garlic and any spices.
- Put the fish on top and pour soy sauce, you will need about 100-150 ml.
- Turn on high heat, cover the dish with a lid, and bring to a boil.
- When the sauce boils, stop the timer and simmer for another 5 minutes with the lid closed. There is no need to increase the heat.
- Then carefully turn the fish over to the other side. Continue to cook without a lid until the soy sauce has completely evaporated. When only bubbling oil remains, serve the fish to the table. Bon appétit!
