Fish In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • White fish 1 kg
  • Onion 150 g
  • Red sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • Green sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomatoes in their own juice 500 g
  • Salted cucumbers 2 pcs.
  • Canned beans to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Ground chili pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Water 200 ml

Directions:

  1. First, cut the carrots, bell peppers, and onions into thin strips.
  2. Next, dice a few cloves of garlic and pickles.
  3. Take the fillet of any white fish and cut it into medium pieces. Then rub it with salt, sprinkle with chili pepper, and leave it like this for 10 minutes.
  4. Then heat the pan, pour in olive oil, and fry the onions, peppers, and carrots for three minutes. Then mix salt and pepper.
  5. Add the tomatoes, sliced ​​cucumbers, and garlic to the pan. Also, add a little salt and pepper and black ground pepper. Pour in the sugar and mix.
  6. Cover the vegetables with a lid, turn on low heat, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
  7. Then add 200 ml of water, put the fish and simmer with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Then turn over to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes. Delicious!
