Fish In Tomato Sauce In The Oven

Fish in tomato sauce is a healthy and very tasty dish that contains a lot of phosphorus, protein, vitamins, and also does not harm the figure at all. In this recipe, we will use hake fillet, but you can also take other fish or even red fish. This dish is prepared simply and quickly.

Ingredients:

  • Hake 2 pcs.
  • Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
  • Onion 3 pcs.
  • Carrot 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  • Water 250 ml
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • Fish spices 1 tsp.

Directions:

  1. First of all, you need to cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil.
  2. Then add grated carrots to the onion, mix, and also fry.
  3. Then add two tablespoons of tomato paste, a little salt, and a glass of water to a separate bowl. Mix well.
  4. When the carrots become soft, add the tomato sauce, bring to a boil, and turn off.
  5. Next, clean the fish and cut into large pieces. Add salt, black pepper, and your favorite spices to taste.
  6. Also pour vegetable oil and mix.
  7. Cover the dish with the fish with foil and put in the oven to bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
  8. After that, pour the fish with tomato sauce with vegetables and put back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Delicious!
