Fish In White Sauce

Fish is a product that can be used to prepare many dishes. However, fish tastes best with sauce. A well-chosen sauce emphasizes the best taste and aromatic properties of fish, complements them, forming a perfect dish that everyone will be delighted with. We want to tell you how to cook fish with white sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 900 g.
  • Wheat flour for frying
  • Cream 400 ml.
  • Dried parsley 1 teaspoon
  • Fish seasoning 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 25 g.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. At the first stage of cooking, we will need a fillet of any fish. Cut it into medium-sized pieces, dip it in a mixture of wheat flour, salt, and ground black pepper, and then send it to a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil.
  2. Fry each piece of fish over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The fish should have an appetizing golden crust on both sides.
  3. Transfer the fried fish to a separate plate and set it aside for now. Place a deep frying pan on the stove. Melt the butter in it.
  4. Add salt, dried parsley, and fish seasoning to the frying pan with butter. Mix everything thoroughly.
  5. Now pour in cream of any fat content. Cook it for 10 or even 15 minutes, periodically stirring the mass with a wooden spatula. The sauce should become a little thick during this time.
  6. After that, we send the pieces of fish to the pan. We stew everything for about 5 minutes.
  7. After the specified time, we send the fish to portioned plates and decorate it with white creamy sauce. We serve the dish to the table. Delicious.
