We’ll tell you how to cook extremely tender red fish with a spicy, creamy mustard sauce.
Ingredients:
- Red fish 600 g
- Cream 250 ml
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- French mustard 2 tsp
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.
Directions:
- First, we need red fish. You can take steaks or fillets. The fish needs to be cut into pieces, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Now heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove. Send the fish here and fry it on both sides until slightly browned.
- Prepare the sauce. To do this, pour cream into a deep plate or bowl. Add French mustard, salt, and black ground pepper to taste.
- Beat all the sauce components with a mixer or using a kitchen whisk until smooth.
- Pour all the sauce into the pan with the fish. It should cover all the pieces of red fish.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook the fish with the sauce over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Finally, put the fish on a plate. Pour it with spicy sauce and the fish is ready!
