Fish With Mustard Sauce

We’ll tell you how to cook extremely tender red fish with a spicy, creamy mustard sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Red fish 600 g
  • Cream 250 ml
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • French mustard 2 tsp
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil 4 tbsp.

Directions:

  1. First, we need red fish. You can take steaks or fillets. The fish needs to be cut into pieces, about 1.5 cm thick.
  2. Now heat a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove. Send the fish here and fry it on both sides until slightly browned.
  3. Prepare the sauce. To do this, pour cream into a deep plate or bowl. Add French mustard, salt, and black ground pepper to taste.
  4. Beat all the sauce components with a mixer or using a kitchen whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour all the sauce into the pan with the fish. It should cover all the pieces of red fish.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the fish with the sauce over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. Finally, put the fish on a plate. Pour it with spicy sauce and the fish is ready!
