Fish With Pineapple In Tomato Sauce

We suggest you try the recipe for a very tasty cold appetizer. The pineapple marinade makes the fish taste piquant and unusual. Any sea fish fillet is suitable for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 1.3 kg
  • Canned pineapple 300 g
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste 2 tablespoons
  • Spices to taste
  • Wheat flour 150 g
  • Vegetable oil 80 ml
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon

Directions:

  1. Put the pieces of fish fillet in a bowl, salt, and add spices and mix. Leave in this form for 10 minutes. Also, cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Next, you need to heat a frying pan with oil, coat the fish on both sides in flour, and fry until cooked over medium heat.
  3. Then you need to transfer the fish to a plate and fry the onion in the same frying pan until transparent.
  4. Add the pineapple slices and sauté without a lid for 1.5-2 minutes.
  5. Dilute the ketchup or tomato paste with a glass of boiled water, and then pour in the onion with pineapples. Add a little salt, pepper, and add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
  6. Bring to a boil and turn off the sauce. The finished fillet must be cut into 2-3 more parts and put on the bottom of the form in several layers.
  7. Each layer must be poured with marinade. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight, then serve. Enjoy!
