Fish With Tartar Sauce

Today we will tell you how to cook delicious vegetables in the oven, as well as red fish with a spicy tartar sauce. Such a dish will decorate any festive table, because it is hearty, elegant, extremely tasty, and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower 300 g.
  • Broccoli 300 g.
  • Bulgarian pepper 300 g.
  • Salmon 900 g.
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salmon to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Ground paprika to taste
  • Tartar sauce to taste

Directions:

  1. First, we need a baking dish. We send broccoli and cauliflower florets here.
  2. Next, wash and remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Cut it into medium-sized strips and send it to the dish. In order for the dish to look more appetizing, we recommend using three colors of pepper. Pour olive oil over all the vegetables, and also salt and pepper them.
  3. After that, send the salmon pieces to the dish. Place the fish between the vegetables, and then lightly pour olive oil over them. Salt and pepper the fish, and then cover the dish with foil and put it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  4. After the specified time, take the vegetables and fish out of the oven. Sprinkle them with ground paprika and send them to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes. The dish does not need to be covered.
  5. After 15 minutes, pour the Tartar sauce over the fish. You can make it yourself or buy it in a store. The amount of sauce depends on your taste.
  6. Do not cover the vegetables with the sauce. Instead, carefully distribute the sauce over all the pieces of fish.
  7. The dish is ready to serve. Enjoy!
