Fluffy Omelette With Milk in The Oven

Omelette is probably one of the most popular breakfast dishes. This is due to the ease of preparation and the possibility of combining with many ingredients. Ingredients:

  • Milk – 250 ml
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Butter – 60 g
  • Salt – to taste

Directions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the eggs with cool water and dry with a towel. Take the milk out of the refrigerator.
  2. Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Mix with a fork until smooth. Do not try to achieve a fluffy foam.
