Fried Eggs With Vegetables

Eggs with vegetables are perfect for breakfast! It’s hearty, tasty, and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • Frozen vegetables – 400 g
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Oil – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Directions:

  1. Fry the mixture, without defrosting, in hot oil for 5-8 minutes, salt and season to taste.
  2. In a frying pan, make 3 indentations in the fried vegetables, crack one egg into eac,h and fry for another 3-5 minutes over moderate heat, without covering with a lid.
