There is a stereotype that delicious desserts are all high-calorie and, therefore, harmful. But this is not so. Dishes that contain a fruit mix, on the contrary, are absolutely beneficial for the body. Therefore, we offer you a recipe for an extremely tasty, bright, sweet, and fragrant fruit salad.
Ingredients:
- Pear 2 pcs.
- Kiwi 3 pcs.
- Orange 1 pc.
- Tangerine 3 pcs.
- Banana 3 pcs.
- Canned pineapple 300 g
- Yogurt 200 g
Directions:
- First, peel the pears, remove the core, and cut the pulp into small cubes. This fruit will give the salad a pleasant and special aroma.
- Cut the kiwi in half and peel it. Cut the fruit into small cubes, which will add a slight sourness to the dessert.
- Peel the bananas and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Thanks to them, the dessert will have a sweet taste and a pleasant aroma.
- Peel the tangerines. Divide them into slices, each of which is cut in half. This component will add its special aroma to the already created mix and will also provide a sweet and sour taste to the dish.
- Peel the orange, divide it into slices, each of which is chopped into small pieces.
- Pour all the chopped fruits into a deep plate.
- Add canned pineapples to them.
- Add yogurt to the fruit plate.
- Mix everything well and place in beautiful serving plates.
