Guacamole With Pistachios And Goat Cheese

Guacamole is a sauce that is a delicious independent snack, and is also used as an addition to other dishes. The composition of the classic sauce usually includes avocado, tomatoes, chili pepper, fresh herbs, and spices.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 450 g
  • Goat cheese – 150 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Pistachios – 3 tablespoons
  • Ground chili pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons
  • Cilantro – to taste

For decoration

  • Pistachios – to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel it, cut it into large cubes, and put it in a blender bowl.
  2. Peel the pistachios and chop finely with a knife.
  3. Add lemon juice, goat cheese, peeled garlic, chopped pistachios, chili pepper, and cilantro leaves here. Grind until smooth.
  4. Put the resulting mass in a deep bowl, cover, and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Garnish the finished guacamole with pistachio kernels and serve with corn chips, pita bread, or toast. Thanks to goat cheese, the sauce acquires a pleasant salty taste. Guacamole should be served and consumed immediately after cooking, before the avocado darkens.
