Milkshake With Cocoa, Honey And Cherries

This is a chocolate milkshake with delicious foam, an original taste, and a slight sourness thanks to the cherries.

Ingredients:

  • Cherry juice – 0.5 cups
  • Cherry – to taste
  • Milk 2.5% – 1 liter
  • Honey – 50 g
  • Ice cream – 250 g
  • Cocoa – 4 tbsp. l.
  • Icing sugar – to taste

Directions:

  1. Put pitted cherries in a blender, pour in chilled milk and cherry juice, add ice cream, and beat.
  2. Then add cocoa, honey, and powdered sugar to the resulting mixture. Beat again.
  3. Pour the milkshake with cocoa, honey, and cherries into glasses, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa on top, and decorate with cherries.
