This is a chocolate milkshake with delicious foam, an original taste, and a slight sourness thanks to the cherries.
Ingredients:
- Cherry juice – 0.5 cups
- Cherry – to taste
- Milk 2.5% – 1 liter
- Honey – 50 g
- Ice cream – 250 g
- Cocoa – 4 tbsp. l.
- Icing sugar – to taste
Directions:
- Put pitted cherries in a blender, pour in chilled milk and cherry juice, add ice cream, and beat.
- Then add cocoa, honey, and powdered sugar to the resulting mixture. Beat again.
- Pour the milkshake with cocoa, honey, and cherries into glasses, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa on top, and decorate with cherries.
