  • Cream 11% – 200 ml
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Dutch cheese – 15 g
  • Nutmeg – 1/4 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp.

Directions:

  1. Finely dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Thinly slice the champignons.
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the onion, salt, and pepper, and cook until translucent.
  4. Add the champignons and, as soon as they are browned, pour in the cream.
  5. Add finely chopped garlic, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Add grated cheese, lemon juice, and mix.
  7. The champignon mushroom sauce has a thick, heterogeneous consistency. Its rich mushroom flavor is complemented by delicate cream, salty, viscous cheese, piquant garlic, and aromatic spices. Add this sauce to main dishes, spread it on toast, and use it to make sandwiches.
