Omelet With Sun-Dried Tomatoes And Cheese

One of the most common hearty breakfasts is an omelet. It is prepared in different ways, adding various additions. For example, an omelet with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese will please everyone.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken eggs 2 pcs.
  • Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Sun-dried tomatoes 30 g
  • Cheddar cheese 15 g
  • Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dried marjoram 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt 1 g

Directions:

  1. Pour warm water over sun-dried tomatoes for 5 minutes.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add milk and beat with a whisk. Salt, pepper, add marjoram, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Drain the excess liquid from the tomatoes and cut them into strips.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, add sun-dried tomatoes and grated cheese.
  5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve the omelette with sun-dried tomatoes and cheese hot, topped with crispy toast and chopped fresh vegetables. In this dish, the delicate, eggy taste contrasts with bright accents in the form of sweet and sour sun-dried tomatoes. And grated cheese adds exquisite notes.
