Pasta in a Creamy Sauce With Walnuts

Directions:

  2. Finely chop the parsley and onion. Grind the walnuts with a blender or knife. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Put the onion and garlic clove and sauté over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the walnuts and cook, stirring, for another minute. Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour the contents of the pan with cream. Let the mixture simmer over low heat for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Remove the garlic, sprinkle with parsley, and remove the resulting sauce from the heat.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, mix thoroughly. When serving, garnish the dish with grated Parmesan.
