Pasta in Creamy Sauce With Spinach and Nuts

Appetizing pasta in a creamy sauce, with spinach and nuts – a wonderful dish for connoisseurs of Italian cuisine and just lovers of delicious food.

Ingredients:

  • Rigatoni pasta – 250 g
  • Cream 30% – 200 ml
  • Spinach – 250 g
  • Pine nuts – 30 g
  • Gouda cheese – 70 g
  • Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil – 1/2 tbsp

Directions:

  1. In a dry frying pan, fry the nuts (2 min.) and transfer to a deep bowl.
  2. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  3. Boil the pasta in a large amount of boiling salted water (10-20 minutes). In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Blanch the spinach in salted boiling water (3-4 minutes).
  4. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan. Put the spinach in, and after 1 minute, pour in the cream. Simmer, stirring, for 5-6 minutes. Salt and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Divide the pasta among the plates. Add the creamy spinach sauce. Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and roasted pine nuts.
