Seafood will turn any home-cooked dish into a masterpiece worthy of a restaurant menu.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 300 g
- Salmon fillet – 250 g
- Northern shrimp – 250 g
- Sour cream 25% – 180 g
- Parmesan cheese – 200 g
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Dried thyme – 1/4 tsp
- Dried marjoram – 1/4 tsp
- Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp
- Granulated garlic – 1 tsp
- Butter – 20 g
- Olive oil – 1/2 tbsp
Directions:
- Boil and peel the shrimp in advance. Prepare the sauce. To do this, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Remove the sauce from the heat.
- Grate the Parmesan on a coarse grater. Return the sauce to the stove and, stirring, add the grated cheese. As soon as the cheese has completely melted, remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.
- Boil the pasta (we used spaghetti with cuttlefish ink) according to the instructions on the package.
- While the pasta is cooking, cut the salmon into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Place the salmon and shrimp.
- As soon as the seafood becomes golden brown, pour the previously prepared sauce over them. Add the spices and simmer for another 5 minutes. Place the prepared pasta and salmon, and shrimp mixture on serving plates.
- The prepared pasta with salmon and shrimp will pleasantly surprise your taste buds with its incomparable taste and pleasant texture. The main tone of the dish’s flavor palette is set by the creamy sauce with pieces of tender salmon and shrimp. Cheese adds sophistication, and spices – a unique aroma.
