Pasta with seafood is considered one of the most exquisite dishes. This dish is quite easy to prepare at home if you have the necessary ingredients and a detailed step-by-step recipe.
Ingredients:
- Milk – 200 ml
- Farfalle pasta – 250 g
- Cream 11% – 150 ml
- Northern shrimp – 1 kg
- Onions – 1/2 piece
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Wheat flour – 1.5 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Egg yolk – 1 piece
- Dried basil – 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp.
- Salt – 1/3 tsp.
Directions:
- Boil frozen shrimp in boiling salted water (1.5 – 2 minutes). Drain and peel the shrimp.
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Put the onion in the frying pan and fry, stirring until golden brown. Add the garlic and shrimp. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
- Boil water in a saucepan. Add a little salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, and pasta. Cook for 15 minutes, then drain the water.
- Whisk the milk with the egg yolk in a deep bowl. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
- Add the resulting mixture to the shrimp and reduce the heat to low. After a minute, add the cream and add the spices. Cook for 5 minutes. The sauce should thicken and acquire a delicate pink hue.
- Add the resulting mixture to the pan with the pasta. Mix thoroughly and serve.
