Pizza in a Frying Pan With Sour Cream

Pizza in a frying pan with sour cream is a truly brilliant dish that allows you to enjoy the pearl of Italian cuisine without any extra effort.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour – 120 g
  • Sour cream 20% – 120 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – to taste

For the filling:

  • Boiled sausage – 150 g
  • Сheese – 100 g
  • Olives – 50 g
  • Bell pepper – 1 piece
  • Tomatoes – 1 piece
  • Basil – to taste

For the sauce:

  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp.
  • Paprika – 1 tbsp.
  • suneli hops – to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Salt – to taste

Directions:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix sour cream with mayonnaise and eggs.
  2. Add flour here. Mix until smooth. You should get a viscous, slightly runny dough.
  3. For the sauce, in a separate bowl, mix ketchup with mayonnaise and spices.
  4. Then prepare the filling. Drain excess liquid from the olives and dry them so that there is no moisture inside. Remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper. Cut the pulp into rings. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles.
  5. Cut the sausage into thin quarters. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil (pan diameter: 25-30 cm). Put the dough, spread it along the bottom of the pan, and level the surface with a spoon.
  7. Spread the prepared sauce on top, leaving about 1 cm of dough around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the dough with cheese, leaving some for decoration. Spread the sliced ​​sausage, pepper, tomatoes, and olives on top. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  9. Place the pan with the dough on low heat. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. The final cooking time depends on the individual characteristics of the stove, so after 10-15 minutes, check the dough for readiness and, if necessary, continue cooking the pizza. Decorate the finished pizza with basil leaves and serve. Enjoy!
  10. Serve the finished pizza in a frying pan hot or warm, while the cheese remains soft and viscous. This dish has a truly magical taste.
