Pork in a Frying Pan With Nut Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Pork tenderloin – 600 g
  • Cream 11% – 250 ml
  • Soy sauce – 40 ml
  • Sugar – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Ground coriander – 1/4 tsp

For peanut butter

  • Peanuts – 200 g
  • Salt – 2 g
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tsp
  • Honey – 1 tsp

Directions:

  1. First, prepare the peanut butter: fry the peanuts, then grind them using a blender. Add salt, oil, and honey, and turn on the blender again.
  2. Add cream, soy sauce, and lemon juice to the prepared paste. Add pressed garlic, coriander, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until smooth. You can use a blender if desired.
  3. Clean the pork tenderloin of film and excess fat. Cut lengthwise down the middle, without cutting all the way through the meat. Place in the peanut sauce and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. Fry the marinated meat in a frying pan or on the grill until done.
  5. Transfer the remaining sauce to a small saucepan. Add 1 tbsp. water, bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary. Pour the resulting sauce over the fried tenderloin and serve.
  6. Serve the finished pork in a frying pan with nut sauce, adding a light side dish in the form of a salad of fresh vegetables. Thanks to the original marinade, the meat turns out quite soft and juicy. Its rich taste is ideally complemented by a sauce of sweet peanuts, salty soy sauce, and delicate cream.
