Royal Fish In The Oven

Fish in a royal style is an extremely tasty and satisfying dish, which includes many ingredients. Thanks to this, the fish has a rich taste, an extremely pleasant aroma, and an elegant appearance. The dish is not difficult to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Red fish 400 g
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 pc
  • Carrot 1 pc
  • Sour cream 2 tbsp
  • Natural yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Corn starch 1 tsp
  • Horseradish 1-3 tsp
  • Cheese 50 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. At the first stage of preparation, we will need a fillet of red fish. It needs to be cut into medium-sized cubes.
  2. After that, salt the fish and pour lemon juice over it. Leave to marinate at room temperature.
  3. Now peel the carrots and onions. Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. If desired, the carrots can be chopped into thin strips with a knife.
  4. Next, put a frying pan on the stove. Pour in the vegetable oil. Heat it up and add the chopped onion. Fry it until lightly golden, and then add the grated carrots. Mix everything and fry until the carrots become soft.
  5. At the next stage, put sour cream, natural yogurt, cornstarch, as well as horseradish, salt, and ground black pepper in a separate plate. Mix everything thoroughly.
  6. After that, we need a deep bowl or plate. We send red fish, fried vegetables, as well as the prepared sauce here. Mix everything well and send it to small portioned baking dishes.
  7. Now grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle it over the fish. Put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  8. After the specified time, the fish is royally ready.
