Salad With Arugula, Parmesan And Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:

  • arugula leaves
  • tomato
  • parmesan
  • pumpkin seeds

For the sauce:

  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin oil (olive oil is also possible)
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Rinse the arugula leaves well, dry them, and arrange them on a plate.
  2. Place the sliced tomato on top, sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seed,s and arrange the thinly sliced Parmesan.
  3. Pour over the sauce and serve.
