Salmon Steak With Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Salmon steak – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1/3 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Balsamic vinegar – 2 tbsp.
  • Eggplant – 1 tsp.
  • Bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Basil – 1/2 sprig
  • Dried thyme – 1/3 tsp.

Directions:

  1. Rinse the salmon steaks and pat dry with a paper towel. Salt and pepper.
  2. Mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar in a deep bowl. Add spices and mix thoroughly. Dip the steaks into the resulting mixture and leave them for 20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into large pieces and mix in a deep bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add garlic, basil leaves, and thyme to the bowl with the vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
  4. Fold the foil in half and form boats with high sides. Put the vegetables in them and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, place the steaks on the vegetable bed, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until done.
  6. Here are our salmon steaks with vegetables ready. Remove them from the foil and carefully place them on serving plates. Using red fish makes the dish not only tasty but also beautiful.
