A quick snack can be light, healthy, and unique. A good example of this is an apple and cheddar cheese sandwich.
Ingredients:
- White bread – 2 slices
- Cheese cheddar – 50 g
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Butter – 20 g
Directions:
- Wash, peel, and cut the apple into thin slices 2–3 mm thick. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter, and add the apple slices. Fry them for 3–4 minutes, remove, and place on a paper towel.
- On the bottom slice of bread, place the cheese, apple slices, and cheese again, and cover with the second slice of bread. Toast the sandwich on a grill pan. Remove when the cheddar becomes soft. A cheese and apple sandwich tastes best warm.
