Sandwich With Egg, Bacon And Cheese

Appetizing fried bacon, egg, and tender cheese create a wonderful tandem that will add energy and vigor to your morning.

Ingredients:

  • White bread -2 pieces
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 30 g
  • Bacon – 30 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Butter 73% – 10 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.

Directions:

  1. Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry until golden brown. Heat the bread in a frying pan or toaster.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one slice, and spread cheese, sliced tomato, bacon, and lettuce on the other.
    Fry the egg in butter. It is desirable that the yolk is semi-solid: this consistency will allow you to put the egg on a sandwich, but the slightly liquid yolk will act as an additional sauce.
  3. Place the egg on the salad, cover with a second slice of bread, and serve.
