Sandwich With Prosciutto, Brie And Pear

A true royal delight is the combination of prosciutto, brie cheese, and juicy pear. Sandwiches with this filling can be prepared not only for breakfast, but also served on a festive table.

Ingredients:

  • Croissant without filling – 1 pc.
  • Prosciutto – 30 g
  • Brie cheese – 30 g
  • Pear – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Basil – to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash the pear, peel it, and cut it into thin slices. It is advisable to choose a firm, juicy fruit that will keep its shape after caramelization. Heat a frying pan, add butte,r and pear slices. Caramelize for 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the croissant in half. Take one part of the croissant and spread cheese, prosciutto, and basil on it.
  3. Place the caramelized pear on top of the greens, then ham and brie again. Cover the sandwich with the second half of the croissant.
